This information was collected by the Cream Bank who indicates that these types of grants are in the group of reductions of recent times for various reasons. Urgent loans are less and less granted by banks, above all, to members of the private sector.
In specific quantities, this reduction, which we are talking about, showed a 2% decrease in the month of August compared to the same month of the previous year. To be even clearer, it is a decrease that is among the largest that have been registered by that official entity and is in total the sixteenth time that this indicator denotes a reduction in the sector.
This indicator of urgent loans to the private sector had already had numerous falls: one of them was in the dollar zone because a decrease of 1.5 was experienced near the month of August but, in previous measurements, the percentage of fall had been 1.4 percent. Therefore, the situation has been getting worse, but the decrease in this parameter has been developing for some time now.
“In the area of money granting, there is a general setback that is taking place due to the great crisis that affects much of Europe. Therefore, this sector in particular, which groups together urgent loans to the private sectors, is also affecting to the others who throw little encouraging figures ” .
The Cream Bank announced that companies receive 3.8 percent less money grants year-on-year, so it has been deduced that the analysis for July showed a 3.7 percent decrease, while in June the amount was 3.2 percent. This service is increasingly reduced to the private sector by traditional banks.
Another different situation is that represented by urgent loans to private sectors or households belonging to the dollar zone because in this case, there has been a year-on-year increase of 0.1 percent comparing this same parameter to that of the previous month.
We have already seen how the reduction has been developing only in the private sector, while other sectors such as mortgages to buy a home or loans to a particular family show growth rates close to 0.7.
For this reason, the crisis of loans of this type particularly affects the private business sector, which is registering declining figures that seem to have no prospect of changing, at least for the moment.
